Kate Spade Dress

Lovely cream and black pleated Kate Spade dress. It’s made of a cotton blend with a bit of stretch. It’s a size 6 and had belt loops, but it did not come with one. They are not noticeable. I used a ribbon when I wore it, but selling that with another of my Kate Spade dress listings. This dress looks good with the black cashmere cardigan (pictured), which I am selling separately.
