Hi, have you already attempted to get the stain out? Also, do you know what it is? Thanks?

@jenelle597 I did attempt to get it out, but it is embedded in the ribbon, & scrubbing would negatively impact the texture. I did use a hydrogen peroxide product, so I know it is not a biological-based stain. Likely coffee or hot chocolate that soaked into the fiber.
