Good overall condition with fraying on both straps. Bag itself looks great- lots of room inside- zip top. A few scuffs outside. Measures approx 19.5 W x 11.5 H, 6.5 D. Perfect bag for fall and winter!! You could wrap a scarf around the handles to hide the fraying or have them repaired.
