Hi there- From the pic I can’t make out what the exact damage is to the strap. Is it usable? What are the dimensions of the bag? Thanks

@swhite1967 great question! It is still usable and likely an easy fix. You’ll see in the last picture the the clip in hooked on upside down so it can still be worn as a crossbody. The little part at the end of the clip is supposed to be in the hole - the bracket that held it on fell off and I’m not sure how to fix it. I’m sure even super glue or something at the hardware store could help, I’m just not that handy 😊 it can also be carried if you’d prefer to remove the crossbody strap altogether.
