Brand new (with tags) never used. Black and white(it's not an bright white more of a off white) stripe, bow accent and silver hardware. Inside is black and gold polka folk liner. There seems to be a slight discoloration from storage on the inside liner (picture above). It might come off with cleaning. Otherwise, perfect condition!
