Beautiful long sleeve, knee length dress by Kate & Sam, size large, beautiful velvet/velour fabric, heavy weight, great winter piece. The skirt is a ruffled flared style, neckline has some rouching, when taking pics I noticed some of the stitching around the waist has come undone.
