rosesofgrace @sadiesells I received it & it’s very used. We have a new one that we recently got & they are very different in weight & the way they look. The color is different than ours & it is lighter so it’s definitely been used more than just swatched. Ours is new from Sephora. My daughter got it & I love the color but yours is very different. I haven’t used it based on seeing how it’s been used I’d rather not. It was worth a try & I have requested a return.

sadiesells @rosesofgrace I’m sorry about your experience. In the description I listed that Lolita 2 (the one you purchased) was used twice by me, and i did clean and sanitize the brush with alcohol. It is in fact a barely used product that is marked down for less than half the price of a new one. It goes without saying that what you buy directly from the store will be better in quality because it is brand new.

rosesofgrace @sadiesells this was used a whole lot more than “twice”, my daughter & I have shared hers at least 15 times & there are no missing spots as like yours is, we both looked at it closely again this morning! I ordered the original not the second version. Yes you get what you pay for but with shipping I could’ve just have gotten a new one! I was willing to use my credit from my own store but this one clearly was quite used.

sadiesells @rosesofgrace I don’t lie about what I sell. If there are missing “spots” it could be from it collecting in the bottom as it sat upright in my makeup caddy, but i made sure it was mixed before i shipped. Yes you could have bought a new one with the shipping costs but even then it was significantly less than buying a new one. I also have nothing to do with shipping costs as Poshmark takes that responsibility, as i barely received 3 dollars for this sale.

sadiesells @rosesofgrace I do my best to make sure these products come to you in as perfect condition as possible but there is only so much I can do when they are in fact used. It is priced at 7 dollars, the cost of cheap drugstore lipstick, which this is not.
