Kasper open notch-collar blazer in size 4 petite. Color is beautiful jewel-tone cyan or turquoise blue called "surf." Textured fabric, zippered pockets. Gorgeous color pop for transitional seasons. NWT, though please note there is minor wear from hanging in a closet with other clothing: one tiny pulled thread at the shoulder (see photo), bent tag, zipper pull protective layer partially removed. Measurements laid flat across the chest pit-to-pit is 18 inches, length from collar to hem is about 22 inches.
