like new, open v neck line, (could wear a tank underneath, pin it or have a snap sewn on) has banding detail at waist, color is black with pale pink and white. super soft fluid type material. does not wrinkle. full aline styling hem. approx length is 45.5" and 21.5 at armpits. does have stretch. comes from smoke free home. this would be cute styled with a cardigan, blazer, or denim jacket.a
