2blabs @ski6969 they don’t have a zipper. They are wide pull on slouch style. There is a buckle and strap if you want to tighten them.

2blabs @nydee28 about 16.5 inch but they are slouch style so on me I like to wear them about mid calf. They have an adjustable strap at the top of the shaft if you like them high.
