Karl Lagerfeld + ModelCo Liquid Eyeliner & Kameo Karl Stamp is brand new in box (swatched/opened products are NEVER sold). One side is a super fine, water-resistant felt-tip liner and the other side is a transfer proof & long lasting stamp. This is the best liquid eyeliner I’ve used - it can be used to fine line or create dramatic wings & it doesn’t smear, but comes off easily with eye makeup remover.
