vlhasler @renee_mich Hi Renee, I would say it is true to size. The waist is high, just below the chest area so if you have a narrow upper waist/rib cage it could work. I would say it would be best for someone on the petite side. I’m 5’8” and unfortunately it just doesn’t fit quite right but it is really pretty, super light weight, and flowy. Open to offers if you think it might fit!

vlhasler @buffalofiregal Hi, apologies for the delay! Unfortunately there is no fabric content listing on the dress. There are no tags on the interior other than the label at the top visible in the first photo. It is very light, silky, and flowing. It has a subtle shimmer to it.
