Karen Millen off-white or very light cream pencil skirt. Skirt fits straight - 23" in length. 97% cotton and 3% polyurethane with acetate lining. Cotton is a tight cotton and does not give so it fits a bit like spandex. Comes with belt as shown and has a slit up the back. Waist is 28".
