Gorgeous neckline detail and ribbon trim at waist and down the back. Karen Millen runs small, The size 6 is more like a 2. Measurements for the 6 lying flat are: bust 16”, waist 13”, length 39.5” I also have this in a size 8. It is also freshly dry cleaned and in perfect condition. The 8 fits more like a 6.
