The faux leather has peeled along the top hem from a clip hanger. There are 4 small spots. 2 on front waist hem, 2 on the back waist hem. Please see the pics. Aside from this, the rest of the skirt is in Pristine condition and has never been worn. You could wear a belt which would cover the flaws or rework it if you are a DIY person.
