Kara and Kate navy blue and white polka dots ruffle hem wrap belted dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @luvviva. Loved it but never wore it because even though I asked Luvviva before I purchased it it is not a true international size XL. And it is not really a Maxi dress as they claimed when they sold it to me. It is a midi meaning it lands mid-leg on a 5 foot 3 inch person. Please Note: this style runs very small on the top and the size XL is not consistent with International sizing standards for an X-large so I would place this item as an International size Med to large not an X-large on the bust measurement. Dress has tag stating XL brand Kara and Kate Poshmark admins would not let me return so I am reposhing with a more honest description. In the future please be cautios when purchasing from the seller who sold this to me. They shipped before they answered my questions about size and I have no recourse acording to Poshmark Questions?
