lovecharlibird @marilynmosbeck hey!! Thank you 😊 Started in Jan 2023 cutting out alcohol and being more mindful of my food choices. Dropped 25 lbs. July 2023 started ozempic and lost about 30 more. October 2023 switched to mounjaro and lost quite a bit more and then bought a peloton bike in Feb 2024. I’ve lost a total of 139 lbs!! Now I’m maintaining and tapering off my medication. I see a Dr. and a nutritionist at the metabolic clinic who monitor me.
