The print is over an arrangement of 3 window matted commerce-themed postage stamps. Framed under glass with hanging wire to back. Kamil Kubik, an impressionist painter, defected from Czechoslovakia in 1948. He designed the official 1991 and 1992 White House Christmas cards. The frame had a personalized plaque for the original owner which has been removed. This is in mint condition.
