How do these fasten? Are they pull on or do the open and then fasten tighter?

@rodeoqueen0413 pull on with a Velcro at the top of the foot to keep even more secure
Also has elastic toggles to make tighter
They are really easy to get on and off which is one reason we love them but they are also secure - ie my son can run around in them and hike in them even
