An exceptional work -- impossible to find anything similar on the market -- from listed renowned artist and child Holocaust survivor Kalman Aron.
Aron survived Nazi death camps by creating art for his captors. His family murdered, he settled in California. His early works hang in the Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust. Later in life he created vibrant landscapes and portraits, commissioned by Ronald Reagan, André Previn and Henry Miller. Art in America magazine ranked him one of “100 outstanding American artists.” Critics described his work as psychological realism. Aron died in Beverly Hills in 2018.
A path winds through flowering fields, purple mountains in the background.
