Made famous by Dakota Fanning in 2007 these soft, flowing, high yardage Pettiskirts are of the upmost quality. Satiny tie at the waist. Tag reads size 10. Waist measures 10 inches laid flat, but extends to 40 inches! Skirt is 21 inches waist to hem. The fabric is silky and VERY sheer, but becomes opaque because of the absolute volume of fabric.
