chellanm @jalanen hello, I put this in the mail back on Aug 9th. I don’t know what happened to it as it was not returned to me nor did it show as tracking. Are you able to get your funds returned to you? Maybe initiate a refund request as you never received it.

jalanen @chellanm you didn't obtain a tracking number for your package? I would prefer to receive the item than request a refund, as I spent a great deal of time searching for the right item for an upcoming event.

chellanm @jalanen Correct, I did not receive a tracking number. I did not receive the package back. I do not have the item to send you so Im at a loss as well. We can assume it’s lost. I have not received funds for it so I encourage you to request a refund.
