Kaba 21-23in high waist woman trousers

Please read description: I LOVE these trousers but I bought them from a private boutique over seas and the size said 3 but when I opened them. They def not a size 3. More like a Size 0/1. They have the best bum fit like an apple w/ the high 3 button waist, 2 small front pockets and fashion non functioning in the back. 🍎 There's loads of stretch to these and hug the ankles nicely for any type of footwear.
