KOPH Summer Ruffle Dress Blue and White Stripe Size Small Adjustable Straps. This is such a cute fluttery dress for the summer. The ruffle detail on the straps is so unique and fun (in full transparency I’ve never fully known if I was wearing the straps correctly but it always looked cute). I would say that this is Midi length. There were two very small marks on the bottom portion of the dress - please see the pictures.
