size 42 waist-18 at the TOP and 16.5" across at belt loop area. lined pockets dark gray black color with small stripe 12.5 rise to TOP of waist without folding over inseam-31.5 12 1/4 across hem fabric unknown almost feels like a light rayon wool blend but i may be way off! no flaws
