KOKIE soft glow highlighter in Heavenly full size Brand new, full-size Cokie soft glow highlighter and heavenly. Never used a swatch! A unique bouncy highlighter with a silky, cream like application. This highlighter offers a natural finish for a subtle, sultry glow, best applied with damp blending sponge or damp, dense brush. Natural finish unique texture and very blend a bowl. I just received from IPSY but I do not use highlighters.
