shopacutecloset @rudbeckia85 hi! It actually does have a slight flannel feel! It’s interesting I’m not sure I ever noticed it was rayon because it felt like flannel. However it’s not thick or super fuzzy- it’s light and super soft. If that makes sense. Hope that helps! 🥰

shopacutecloset @cmiles121012 I edited it to hopefully make more sense. 🥰 It’s 13” across the elastic unstretched, so double that. (26” unstretched.) The 15” is where the elastic sits on the dress so 15” down from the shoulder vertically.
