elliemae07us Question. There’s 2 different sets of dimensions, which one is correct? Also when the bag is empty is it slouchy or does it retain its shape? Thank you.

refriedvintage @elliemae07us I went on other resell sites and they list the first set of measurement. Maybe the second set of measurements are without the straps. The name of the purse is the Tracy, if you want to check it. So I think the other measurements are without the straps…? If that makes sense.
