size US 14 but I'm thinking this is a kids 14. I'm an XS/ size 2 in women's and this fits me great. 5'2" for length reference, last photo to give idea of fit incredibly warm due to insulation, comfortable originally purchased when we moved to NC thinking we would get much colder weather, but that is not accurate for eastern NC. worn maybe 3 or 4 times. water resistant wind proof *listed twice due to sizing but only one available*
