This looks like it has been cut and mended, possibly as part of a downsizing. Is this the case?

@dragonfly977 No. This is a brand new ring that I made in my studio. The process of making a ring like this is to take a strip of silver, stamp the design in it, then bend it around a mandrel to form a ring and weld the two ends together. I then make the wire rings slightly larger and place them over the ring and flare the sides of the band to keep the small rings on allowing them to spin. Thank you for your question 😊💕

@dragonfly977 oh, yeah, lol, so what you see are the ends that were welded together to form the ring, but this would be the same procedure if the ring were cut and mended or sized.
