KATE SPADE black 'LORI' tote bag (flaw)

this is the black 'LORI' tote bag from KATE SPADE. with it's black textured PVC outer shell, it's a match for any outfit. the handles have some cracking due to wear, but not bad. small white mark on bottom. great looking interior with 2 way spade jacquard lining & a drop in top zip closure.
