Brand new. Includes care card but no dust bag. Color is a light, but rich pink, not washed out as my pics appear. Closer to the stock photos, but nicer still. I buy wholesale just like any normal boutique AND I consign items (that means I am selling for other people for a commission). Therefore, there are minimums I can sell for, and most money goes to the owner while the rest pays my rent and business expenses and employees.
