Comes with Kate Spade changing Pad and a heavy duty shoulder strap. 2outside storage pockets with pockets and zippers galore inside. Full top zipper closure. There is some wear marks on this bag- 2 dark areas on top as well as the bottom (slight discoloration. You can see these in the pictures.
