KAS New York Free People side zip skirt Small Navy Blue attached wrap tie sash

Gorgeous illusion wrap skirt by Free People KAS in a size Small Skirt has a side zipper with a hook and eye closure at the top, layered over that is a VERY long attached sash to wrap and tie. In the picture I have wrapped the sash twice around the mannequin. Laying flat the skirt measures 14 inches, length of skirt is 17 inches. Material is 100 % Polyester, this skirt has a great drape and has a look like silk.
