KALEKALIP Leather Jacket Vera Pelle Embroidered Stud Design Size 50 US 40 The jacket is a super soft leather. The leather care instructions are written in Italian and German. The larger letters are Vera Pelle which means genuine leather in Italian. So I think it’s safe to say that this was made in Italy and it is most probably vintage. The lining had a lot of rips in it, which I mended as best as I could so that it doesn’t get any worse, but if you look at it, you can see the stitches. But that’s all on the inside and is not going to show when you wear this. The front zip closure, zippers on the sleeve, and one of the zippered pockets, all work, but the other pocket zipper seems to be stuck closed. That’s better than it being stuck open. So you can really only use one outside pocket and the inside breast pocket. Unless you have better luck with that zipper than I did. I didn’t want to play with it too much because I didn’t want to break it. There doesn’t appear to be any missing, studs, and the embroidery design is in pretty good shape, but there are some missing stitches. Does not detract from the look of it at all. The size tag says 50. From what I read, Italian, 50 is a U.S 40. But please pay attention to measurements to be sure. Approx measurements, 25” underarm to underarm, 20” across bottom, 23” shoulders, 24” sleeve. It looks almost black in areas but I think it’s more of a chocolate brown with some lighter areas. ✅ Same or next business day shipping
