belawear @bluefrenchhorn1 I'm not sure one or 2 pumps could last 10 washes so you wash the hair no conditioner and then you add a couple of pumps of the K 18 and also depends on how long your hair is if your hair short one of two pumps is fine if it's long and thick then you probably need three to four
