Vintage Worn a couple of times, great condition, no sincera wear only on care label. Vneck, short sleeve peplum dress. Print is a painted floral look in pinks, purples, blue and yellow. Elastic waist. Un-stretched about 20in around, fully stretched up to 36in around. Pullover dress no zipper. Center back to hem 35in long (I’m 5’3” hits at my knees) Has belt loops, sorry no belt when I bought
