Justice black & Blue flowered skirt size 20 with Blue Short Sleeve Shirt XL

Love this skirt, super cute Justice black skirt with blue and light blue flowers with white dots size 20. Built in shorts to keep from seeing undergarments. Paired this with a tee blue St Johns Bay tee-shirt (XL) the same color as some of the flowers makes for comfortable but dressy look. Pre Owned- Great condition FYI first pic the shirts is just folded so, looks small…see measurements in last two pics of shirt sizing.
