Justice Dress/Juniors Top

I wore this as a t shirt. It is very soft and flowey at the bottom. Has glittery lips at the top. I believe it is generally a girls dress, but fit great as a babydoll T shirt. p2p 14 inches length. 23 inches Size is girls 8, but could be Junior XS top
