Justfab cascade skirt

This ultra cute skirt is a high low hemline with flowing cascading ruffles. Has a short black lining, and slightly sheer over. Very flattering with elastic waist band. Wore once, and someone stepped on my hemline causing a small rip. (Check photos for damage) it's very minor, and no one will notice it on the floor.
