Quokkas live in australia on Rottness Island. Quokkas are playful, adorable and known for being cute as a button, which has recently landed them the title of 'world's happiest animal. ' These small creatures are covered with short, fluffy brown-grey fur, have little round ears, small black noses and the most contagious and photoshoot-ready smiles. The Quokka is the only mammal which is native to Rottnest Island and can be found almost everywhere on the Island. It is mainly nocturnal. This means that it is mostly active at night, preferring to rest or sleep in the shade during the day.
