This is the just play brand it is from Doc Mcstuffins this is stuffy the dragon he sings his heart lights up on his chest this is in good condition super cute I personally battery check this today and it works great he also moves around while singing there was some leakage in the battery compartment but I wiped it out and put batteries in it and it does not seem to affect the play of this item at all.  I do not see a date but this is a few years old probably from about 8 years ago make sure to look at the pictures this is the hold my hands singing stuffy.
