Unless you want it for youth then it may fit like a large. 95% polyester 5% spandex. ~30" length strap to hem. Straps tied in knots. Can undue if wanted. Bust 11"=22" total, stretches to ~15" across, waist ~12 across=24" total, stretches too~17" . Stretch near waist on left side thread is loose. View pics.
