Juniors No Boundaries dress size Small (3/5)

Pretty No Boundaries tank dress with frayed lace bottoms. Fully lined inside at top and bottom has complete under skirt. I think it’s from the Juniors Department but the tag says size Small (3/5). It has little string circles on the side if you wanted to add a belt. Can be considered casual or could be dressed up with some heels and a nice belt. It didn’t fit so I never wore but I’ve had it awhile so I don’t have the tags (gift from ex). But excellent condition!
