Waistline measures 34" hips on the lining is 50"+ length is 17 1/2" This beautiful juniors skirt is a City Studio design. Size 13. It's 100% silky poly and has stretchy poly lining. Has a layer of netting to make the skirt stand out. Has a hidden 6" zipper down the back. Beautiful pastel flowers on white background. This skirt is dry clean only. Excellent condition.
