Juniors La Belle Black dress with small white polka-dots. Tag says Size Medium. I am a size small and it fits perfect, the material has some stretch to it. Form fitting. Short/ Cap sleeves. V- neck Asymmetrical front hem, rounded back hem. Length is 34 inches from shoulder to the shortest part of the front hem and 38 inches from shoulder to the longest part of the front hem.
