Junior or Petite- Black Formal Dress

Black zip up dress with built in tulle slip. Spaghetti straps. I wore this once about 13 years ago. There is so size on it but I’m assuming it’s either just a juniors small, or a women’s dress size 4. It’s in great shape, but there are a few imperfections (last picture) and it’s a bit wrinkly but I’m sure it just needs a good dry clean. I was about 5’1” when I wore this and it went down about mid-calf.
