amberg411 @hlbuck ok so I am a 9-11 can wear either depending on the pants. Bothe went on very easily, the 9 on my was snugger than the 11 so depending on the fit you like. The 5 waist is 12” and can be stretched to 15” , hips are 16” and can be stretched to 18”. Hope that helps
