Jumping Fences set size 6x

Cute set never worn I forgot my daughter had it and now it's too small There's something up with one of the butterflies see picture, seems like a few of the threads popped maybe. Theres also teeny spots of what look like something from the butterfly patches (see picture) not very noticeable
