Cute little black dress. Adorable black polka dot sheer over attached black slip. Cute ribbon belt at waste. Never been worn. Purchased at a sample sale. Still has the tag. Size small. Strap is frayed a bit/detached a tad (see pic) this was as was when purchased. Very flattering and has a lot of give at waste.
